IRS Business Tax Due Dates: Are You Due on March 15?
IRS business tax due dates for filing and reporting are drawing near and this is one list you need to review quickly. Submit proper filings or reporting forms before this date:

IRS business tax due dates are approaching!
March 15, 2018
- Partnerships: Informational returns must be filed with the accompanying Schedule K-1 forms. If an extension is required, Form 7004 must be filed.
- Multiple-member LLCs: Just like partnerships, informational returns and Schedules K-1 forms must be filed. If an extension is required, Form 7004 must be filed.
- S-Corp: Returns must be filed with accompanying Schedule K-1 forms. If an automatic 6-month extension is required, Form 7004 must be filed.
- C-Corp: Returns must be filed. December 31 year-end corporations returns are due April 17, 2018. Corporations must file by the 15th day of the 4th month after the end of its tax year. Note: Corporations with a fiscal year ending June 30 must file by the 15th day of the 3rd month after the end of its tax year.
Extension deadlines
- Partnerships and Multiple-Member LLCs (filing as a partnership): No change to the September 17, 2018, extension deadline.
- S-Corp: No change to the September 17, 2018, extension deadline.
- Corporation: Corporation extension deadline is October 15, 2018, with automatic extension allowed.
